HVAC Installer Apprentice

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Columbus team. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learn a skilled trade, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to a long-term career in HVAC. No HVAC experience required. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn.

• →Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations and replacements
• →Learn HVAC equipment, tools, installation techniques, and safety practices
• →Load, stage, and organize materials and equipment
• →Maintain clean and safe jobsites
• →Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
• →Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
• →Participate in ongoing training
• →Take on more responsibility as your skills grow

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Mechanically inclined or interested in how things work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to work in physically demanding environments and varying temperatures
• Safety-minded and team-oriented
• Professional and respectful in customers' homes
