Reporting directly to the Dean of Health and Wellness Sciences, the Staff Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Health and Wellness Sciences Division. This part-time, 12-month position is scheduled for 2 days a week, 16hrs per week, ideal for candidates who are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and manage telephone communications
Handle confidential documents with discretion and care
Maintain and manage computer databases and filing systems
Create and assemble surveys and related materials
Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned
Assists in processing program applications
