Associate Interior Designer
Quick Summary
The Associate Interior Designer will work with the design team within Corporate Advisory & Solutions on all aspects of interior construction projects from conception to completion within a multi-site medical office building portfolio.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform site survey of existing conditions and field measurements
- →Produce space plans, pricing plans, design development packages and construction documents
- →Attend construction progress meetings
- →Review contractor submittals and RFI’s during construction
- →Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- →Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines
- →Communicate well with clients and team members
- Professional Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program
- 2+ years of professional experience in commercial or healthcare tenant development environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly
- Self-sufficient, yet able to function as part of a team
- Possess and apply knowledge of basic TAS/ADA state codes and local building codes

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Office environment with some extended hours and frequent travel throughout Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area required.
