Associate Interior Designer

The Associate Interior Designer will work with the design team within Corporate Advisory & Solutions on all aspects of interior construction projects from conception to completion within a multi-site medical office building portfolio.

• →Perform site survey of existing conditions and field measurements
• →Produce space plans, pricing plans, design development packages and construction documents
• →Attend construction progress meetings
• →Review contractor submittals and RFI’s during construction
• →Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• →Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines
• →Communicate well with clients and team members

• Professional Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program
• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial or healthcare tenant development environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly
• Self-sufficient, yet able to function as part of a team
• Possess and apply knowledge of basic TAS/ADA state codes and local building codes

Office environment with some extended hours and frequent travel throughout Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area required.
