We are looking for a Pricing & Promotion Specialist to support a fast-performance, US-based DTC performance marketing agency.
This is a full-time remote role for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, structured experimentation, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics. You will help design, test, analyze, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies that directly impact key business metrics such as average order value, revenue per session, conversion performance, and margin.

We are looking for a Pricing & Promotion Specialist to support a fast-performance, US-based DTC performance marketing agency.
This is a full-time remote role for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, structured experimentation, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics. You will help design, test, analyze, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies that directly impact key business metrics such as average order value, revenue per session, conversion performance, and margin.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, direct-response marketing, or a similar role
- Experience in an eCommerce, DTC, affiliate, or partner marketing environment
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation
- Experience with Statsig, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics (AOV, RPS, EPC, refund rate, margin)
- Proficiency in Tableau or a similar BI/reporting tool
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and/or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, data, and media buying teams
Responsibilities
- Support pricing and promotion experiments across DTC campaigns and offers
- Design and execute A/B tests and structured experiments
- Set up, QA, and monitor tests using experimentation platforms
- Analyze performance data and review metrics such as AOV, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and margin
- Develop hypotheses for pricing, bundling, upsells, discounts, and urgency-based offers
- Maintain clear test logs, documentation, and experiment readouts
- Collaborate with creative, data, campaign operations, and media buying teams
- Contribute recommendations based on performance data and business impact
Nice to have
- Prior agency experience
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Background in affiliate or partner marketing
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced small-to-mid-sized company
