The Packer is responsible for packaging finished products safely and accurately while maintaining quality standards and production requirements. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

• →Package finished products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• →Inspect products for quality defects before packaging.
• →Apply labels, tags, and other required identification to packaged materials.
• →Verify product quantities and complete packaging documentation accurately.
• →Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and wrapping materials.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• →Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• →Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervision.
• →Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
• →Support other production operations as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with assistance when necessary.
• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving equipment.

• Manufacturing and production setting.
• Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

This position is based on site at our facilities in Cudahy, Wisconsin. It is a manufacturing company, work with a diverse population in both office and production settings. The position may require the use of personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and steel toe shoes provided by the company).
