Facilitate service center operations by managing customer interactions, coordinating manpower and facilities, and ensuring targets related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and productivity are achieved while following company procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections, including checking for body damage, valuables, and accessories, and document findings with the customer.
- →Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer retention goals through professional customer engagement.
- →Coordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments, diagnostics, and final vehicle inspections to ensure repairs meet customer expectations.
- →Promote a "Guest Centric" and "Fix-It-Right" mindset within the service team.
- →Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of spare parts and timely vehicle delivery.
- →Follow up on service complaints, issues, and concerns and escalate them to the Workshop Floor Manager when necessary.
- →Monitor service progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
Requirements
~2 min read- Experience: +3 years of experience in automotive service operations, customer service, and service center activities is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle inspection, service processes, and coordination with technicians and parts departments.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers and coordinate with internal service teams.

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
