We are currently seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer, focusing on the traction inverter system. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Design, simulation, and development of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) circuits aboard the traction inverter
- Responsible for design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation of inverter circuit components
- Contribute to powertrain and vehicle-level integrations from prototype to production
- Work closely with mechanical design, manufacturing, software engineering, and supply chain to bring the product into mass production
- Be part of a team to develop advanced and safety-critical electronic product
Qualifications:
- Solid background in electronics components and circuits
- Experience in mixed signal circuit development for high-speed high-accuracy applications is a plus
- Experience in performing electrical and signal integrity simulation and testing of mixed signal circuits
- Debugging/validation experience in MCU, OpAmp, AD/DA, SPI, CAN, etc.
- Hands-on experience in hardware development and troubleshooting
- Proficient in PCB design, using schematic capture and layout tools
- Familiar with various equipment (Oscilloscope, probe, power analyzer, etc.)
- Experience in EMI testing and/or FPGA development is a plus Preferred:
- MS or Phd. in the areas of electronic or electrical engineering
- Previous working experience in developing electronics circuits in safety critical applications · Design experience in Power Electronics converters is a plus
