ILLUMINATE is a 10 week paid summer internship program designed for those who learn best by doing. From day one, you’ll work on real tasks, real projects, and real challenges alongside experienced professionals. This is not a “shadowing” internship - you’ll be trusted with responsibility and encouraged to contribute your ideas.

You’ll be part of an international, Pan‑Baltic intern community, collaborating across teams and learning how modern banking works from the inside. The pace can be fast, priorities can shift, and not all answers are predefined, which is exactly where the learning happens.

What You Will Be Trusted With:

• Welcoming our clients at the customer service center (Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja, Valmiera) and providing excellent service, including consultations on everyday banking matters

• Coordinating client flow within the branch

• Guiding clients toward digital solutions and teaching them how to use the bank’s services remotely

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and helping clients find the most suitable solutions

What We Expect From You:

• A genuine willingness to help and find solutions to client questions

• Ability to be present at the branch (Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja) throughout the internship period

• Availability to work standard office hours (09:00–17:00)

• A strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent Latvian and good English skills, both spoken and written, as the work is carried out on a Pan‑Baltic level
