Business Systems Manager - Contract

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own the strategy, administration, and adoption of our core enterprise platforms—bridging the gap between technical systems and the people who use them every day.

• Administer and govern our core platforms—HubSpot, NetSuite, and Atlassian (Jira/JSM/Confluence)—including permissions, roles, and audit logs to maintain security and SOC2/financial compliance
• Build and maintain high-impact workflows such as automated deal routing in HubSpot, revenue recognition in NetSuite, and advanced request schemes in JSM
• Design, build, and monitor integrations between platforms using APIs or middleware (Celigo, Workato, Zapier), and manage EDI protocols for automated document exchange with external partners and vendors
• Serve as the guardian of data integrity, ensuring information stays consistent and accurate as it moves across Marketing, Finance, and Product
• Develop and lead training programs for departmental power users, helping teams build ownership of their segment of the tech stack
• Build and optimize JSM service portals to deliver a seamless support experience for internal teams across IT, Finance, and Sales Ops
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base in Confluence, including SOPs and self-service resources that keep teams unblocked and aligned

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, NetSuite, and Jira/JSM in a high-growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language and build effective training programs for non-technical teams
• Experience mapping business processes—sitting with stakeholders to understand pain points and architecting automated solutions across systems
• Comfortable managing your own project roadmap in Jira, balancing long-term initiatives with day-to-day support needs

Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the hourly range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The hourly range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $50 - $75 USD.
