Flight Line Manager

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.

The main objective of the position is to lead and oversee all flight line operations, ensuring effective management of personnel and the delivery of high‑quality ground support services, while maintaining full compliance with all applicable safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all flight line, apron, and support activities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functional performance.
• Maintain and enforce all safety, security, and regulatory standards across flight line and apron operations.
• Lead, develop, and manage the flight line workforce, ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
• Manage all administrative and operational resources, including budgeting, equipment, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by management, supporting broader organisational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Educational & Experience

• Matric/Grade 12
• Driver’s License
• 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Flight Line Supervisor
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in administrative tasks related to flight line management
