The Jr. Website Builder builds high-quality, high-performance real estate websites for the world's leading agents on our proprietary Presence Platform, working within established templates. The role requires design intuition, technical proficiency (HTML/CSS), and a meticulous eye for detail to represent every client's brand.

Requirements

Little to no prior professional website-building experience required.
Prior exposure to block-based builders (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, or similar) is a plus.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply — full training is provided.

Technical: Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with a willingness to build fluency quickly. Comfortable with Google Apps.
Design Eye: A developing sense of layout, balance, and aesthetic consistency. Knowledge in website UX/UI.
AI-Fluent: Comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools to accelerate coding and design tasks.
Coachable: Actively seeks feedback and applies it quickly.
Owner Mindset: Quick learner, reliable, strong work ethic — takes full responsibility for your work.
