Our Industrial Electric installs and maintains complex electrical systems in the power utility space. We work on a variety of substation projects and support much of the area’s electrical infrastructure. We also work on other commercial projects throughout western New York.

Responsibilities

→Install, maintain, and troubleshoot substation control systems, including:
- →Protective relays
- →SCADA systems
- →RTUs (Remote Terminal Units)
- →Control panels and wiring
- →Meters and instrumentation
→Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
→Perform routine inspections, testing, and calibration of control equipment
→Identify and diagnose malfunctions in control systems and components
→Repair or replace faulty equipment and components
→Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate records
→Adhere to all safety regulations and lock-out/tag-out procedures, as well as adhering to customer specific standards.
→Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
