Join our collaborative team in our production department, where you’ll support the door skin paint and gloss line. In this role, you’ll load door skins onto a conveyor and perform quality checks at the end of the process to ensure finish standards are met. Our team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh, engaging, and build well-rounded skills.

While manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands-on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most. This role requires someone detail-oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency. We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday–Friday 2:30pm–12:00am schedule with overtime as needed.

Requirements

Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 70–90 lbs with assistance
Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per shift

Responsibilities

→Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production
→Work effectively as part of a team

→Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

✓Wage: $22.75 per hour. (Includes a $1.75 Swing Shift Differential) Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May).

✓Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half

✓Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions

✓401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment

✓8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)

✓Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days)
