We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for generating and maintaining an active candidate pipeline to fill positions. These activities include sourcing passive candidates from a variety of recruitment channels, proactive outreach, referral generation as well as managing the expectations of hiring managers.

- Track and maintain an active pipeline of candidates
- Complete focused searches to identify suitable candidates through a variety of channels, including; internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.
- Engage with the target audience/clients who are internal Hiring Managers
- Advise and support areas of the business through the hiring process
- Interact with other team members on ad hoc projects
- Track and maintain metrics as needed, to include candidate status, cycle time and production ratios
- 1+ years of recruitment experience working in a Corporate environment preferred or a combination of corporate and agency environments
- Experience generating candidates form a variety of sourcing channels not limited to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation and candidate negotiations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and strategies
