Assistant Branch Manager

POSITION SUMMARY Assists in overseeing branch organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans and staff to ensure branch success and become members’ primary financial institution of choice. Maintains direct responsibility for the day to day operations of the Banking Consultant I’s, II’s, and III’s, and ensures the branch culture is professional and focused on sales and service. Underwrites, structures, and closes consumer loans, as well as maintains and services an existing portfolio.
