About the Role

Join Mainstay as a Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) and take control of your earning potential while providing essential real estate services. As a contractor, you will complete specific tasks on behalf of our customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
