We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner (AI & Automation) to act as the architect of our global recruitment efficiency. You will apply a product mindset to the hiring function, partnering with senior leadership to build the next generation of automated workflows and data-driven systems. Your mission is to leverage AI and cutting-edge Ops to ensure we scale our hiring activity —from Tech to Business—with high velocity, quality, and human-centric precision.
Boost AI as a Human Enabler: You will champion the philosophy that AI is here to augment our hiring team. You will automate workflow to reclaim time for high-impact interactions. Your goal is to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers, empowering recruiters to focus on what they do best: assessing and building empathetic relationships.
Architect data-driven hiring models: You will design real-time dashboards to pinpoint bottlenecks across the recruitment lifecycle. By providing predictive insights on hiring capacity and optimisation, you will ensure a high-quality hiring journey, empowering the team to consistently hit our goals and continuously improve our processes.
Drive AI Synergy & Internal Partnership: Act as the key bridge between Talent Acquisition and our Data & AI teams. As a core member of Malt’s internal AI community, you will partner on cross-functional initiatives to pilot new tools and share best practices, ensuring our recruitment processes stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
Scaling Quality through AI Scoring: "High Capacity" sourcing must never compromise our standards. You will implement AI-driven scoring and screening frameworks to maintain a high recruitment bar, ensuring that increased volume also meets top-tier quality.
Educational background, Master’s degree ideally in Data Science, Human Resources, or Business Operations.
Job experience: 5 years of experience including 3 in Talent Operations or a similar technical role
Languages & level: Professional English or a native level; other languages used at Malt are a plus.
Tools & Skills: Proven experience as an "AI Builder" or "AI Champion" with a strong focus on automation and data visualization tools.
Mindset: Strong ability to balance technical automation with the human-centric nature of recruitment.
