What will your day look like? 

As a Solution Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding our clients towards growth by deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored technology solutions. Our team acts as the bridge between business goals and technological possibilities, translating complex requirements into clear roadmaps and innovative designs that empower our clients to thrive. 

• Serve as the go-to marketing automation  technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy). 

• Act as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies. 

• Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events. 

• Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high-level scoping. 

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view. 

• Flex your creative muscles by occasionally building internal PoCs and demos to test new features and groundbreaking ideas.

What do you bring to the table? 

We're seeking a mid-to-senior level Solution Consultant who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to make a real impact. 

• You have a passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for clients. 

• You possess a strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms either: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze. 

• You have a proven track record of success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management). 

• You're a natural communicator with exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any audience in speech, writing and PowerPoint. 

• Building strong relationships and managing stakeholders comes naturally to you. 

• You're a true team player, always willing to collaborate and learn from others.
