Au sein de la Direction financière, le responsable Contrôle de gestion aura les missions suivantes :
- Supervision de la production du résultat analytique mensuel de Marex SA, suivi du P&L par desk, analyse détaillée du CA et des principales charges de l’entité et de ses succursales.
- Production de pack mensuels et trimestriels pour le Board de Marex SA.
- Suivi budgétaire mensuel: détermination, analyse et explication des écarts
- Supervision du process de calcul, comptabilisation et paiement des bonus Front Office
- Supervision de la production des reportings réglementaires
- Pilotage de l’amélioration continue des processus notamment par l’automatisation et la simplification des différentes tâches du service. Rédaction et/ou mise à jour de la documentation support.
- Management de l’équipe contrôle de gestion : gestion et allocation des tâches au sein de l’équipe, mesure et évaluation de la performance des collaborateurs

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversight of the production of Marex SA's monthly analytical results, monitoring of the P&L by desk, detailed analysis of revenue and main expenses for the entity and its branches.
- →Production of monthly and quarterly reports for the Marex SA Board.
- →Monthly budget monitoring: identification, analysis, and explanation of variances.
- →Oversight of the calculation, accounting, and payment process for Front Office bonuses.
- →Oversight of the production of regulatory reports.
- →Driving continuous process improvement, particularly through automation and simplification of various departmental tasks. Drafting and/or updating of support documentation.
- →Management of the management control team: management and allocation of tasks within the team, measurement and evaluation of employee performance.
The company may require you to perform other duties from time to time.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in Finance/Management Control, and 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of VBA or a BI tool would be an asset.
- English required.
