As an Event Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment by monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors and employees. To be successful in this role, you should be able to maintain a strong security-related presence while delivering exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

→Consistent foot patrols of 3-levels, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
→Acknowledge and greet all guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, etc.
→Monitor access control, CCTV camera systems, access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as required.
→Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
→Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
→Communicate and coordinate with the site DOS regarding security-related matters.
→Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding individuals during evacuation or lockdown situations.
→Support the maintenance of order within the location by helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age or older
Excellent customer service, professionalism and communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
An understanding of basic computer skills are a plus.
Experience with report writing and documentation.
Experience monitoring and surveillance.
Must be comfortable standing, walking and able to lift up-to 25 lbs.
A valid driver’s license, if applicable.
