As a HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the employee life cycle of our security officers in the Atlanta branch. Your expertise will help us build a best in class employee lifecycle ensures safety and security for our clients. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, me-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)
- →Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
- →Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- →Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
- →Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions
- →Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
- →Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits
- →Other dues to be determined by management
Requirements
~1 min read- Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with policy review and creation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP is a plus
