Training Coordinator

Here at Marlborough Highways we are on the look out for a Training Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team. We are open to exploring both full time and part time options for the right candidate. 

The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting training and competency requirements across the business, ensuring employees and subcontractors have the appropriate qualifications, certifications and skills required for their roles.

The role maintains accurate training records, monitors certification expiry dates, identifies compliance and skills gaps, and coordinates both internal and external training to ensure requirements are addressed proactively. Working closely with their Learning and Development team, internal managers, supervisors, operational teams and external training providers, the Training Coordinator supports the delivery of the company’s training plan and ensures ongoing compliance with industry, client and accreditation requirements.

 The role also supports the continuous improvement of training processes and systems, including the development of training needs analysis, management of CITB grants and funding opportunities, and provision of training evidence for internal and external audits.
