The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that elevate seller performance across the full revenue lifecycle. This role blends strategic planning with disciplined project leadership, ensuring that complex fintech capabilities, regulatory requirements, and product innovations are translated into clear, actionable, and scalable enablement experiences. 

You will own the enablement roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional alignment, and deliver programs that improve onboarding, product readiness, sales plays, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-moving, technical environments and can influence without authority.

We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remote within the United States or from our Oakland, CA or New York City offices. We’d love for you to join us!

NOTE: if you are based within 35 miles of our Oakland, California, New York City (Midtown) or London office, you will be expected to be in-office 2 days / week. The Talent team will share more details if selected for the Recruiter Interview.

  • Develop and own the annual Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue goals, product priorities, and market dynamics. 
  • Lead cross-functional project management for major initiatives including product launches, sales plays, onboarding redesigns, and quarterly readiness cycles.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-centric enablement materials.
  • Build and scale frameworks for content governance, version control, and field accessibility across platforms.
  • Design and deliver training programs that strengthen product fluency, competitive positioning, and sales execution. 
  • Analyze seller performance, content usage, and training effectiveness to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Service as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, providing insights on field needs, capability gaps, and opportunities to accelerate revenue. 
  • Manage cross-functional communication, ensuring clarity of ownership, timelines, and expectations across all enablement projects. 
  • Mentor associate enablement team members and contribute to building a high performing, collaborative enablement function.
  • 8-10 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or GTM roles; fintech experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of fintech concepts such as payments, card issuing, APIs, fraud controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs, content systems, and training frameworks. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools and enablement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
