The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

• →Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
• →Clean, polish, and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and high-touch areas to luxury hotel standards
• →Vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform floor care duties in public spaces
• →Remove waste, replace liners, and ensure all public bins are clean and well-maintained
• →Restock public area supplies (e.g., guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and refreshments where applicable)
• →Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
• →Support guest needs in public areas with a courteous, discreet, and professional approach
• →Ensure all areas are consistently tidy, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Warm, service-oriented attitude with a professional and discreet demeanor
• Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of consistency
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotels or hospitality (preferred)
