We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met
  • Support operations on the floor during busy periods
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs
  • Assist in cost control, inventory, and basic financial management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations
  • Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
