Responsibilities

→Support the quarterly financial reporting production cycle across US GAAP, Bermuda EBS/BSCR, and embedded value frameworks through the analysis of modeled results and production of the reporting package
→Monitor and refine existing analytics and reports to ensure continued relevance and alignment with evolving business needs
→Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate reporting processes and analytical frameworks
→Support the onboarding of new reinsurance treaties and products including the design and implementation of controls and analytics frameworks
→Support the annual actuarial assumption review process including experience analysis, assumption assessment, and quantification of financial impacts
→Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
→Serve as a key point of contact for external audit requests related to actuarial reporting
→Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across the actuarial and finance functions
→Other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, business, or related field required.
A minimum of two years of actuarial experience is required.
ASA designations are preferred.

Familiarity with US GAAP (LDTI) and/or EBS/BSCR.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Some familiarity with R, Python, and/or comparable programming language, and/or actuarial modeling software (e.g., Prophet, MG-ALFA) preferred.
Ability to anticipate, problem-solve, take action, and adapt in a fast-paced, growing business.
High degree of attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with others in support of key initiatives.
