Registered Dental Hygienist Overview Our patient-centric organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. You will be an essential part of our integrated care model, focusing on delivering excellence in patient care and contributing to a supportive, inter-disciplinary environment. We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. This is a fully onsite position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide dental prophylaxis (cleanings) and scaling and root planning. Offer comprehensive preventive instruction to patients. Establish and oversee patient recall adherence and appointing. Document initial periodontal conditions and monitor them at recall appointments. Report suspected pathologies to the supervising dentist. Manage supply inventory and complete prior authorizations for periodontal services. Compile data for reports as assigned and attend periodic continuing education seminars. Compensation and Benefits We offer exceptional benefits and a competitive wage to ensure our employees feel appreciated and supported. Pay Rate: $39/hour - $49/hour (depending on experience). Retirement: 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% of annual contributions, effective after 90 days of employment. Employment may also qualify for Public Student Loan Forgiveness programs. Requirements Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (R.D.H.) in the State of Wisconsin. Current CPR Certification. Ability to work with a diverse patient population. Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience. Certified in Administration of Local Anesthetic (in accordance with respective State guidelines). Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual). #MASC105
