We’re looking for a Licensed Irrigator who knows their craft and wants to take ownership of it. Someone who can install, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems the right way—and wants to grow into something bigger over time.

With strong experience in irrigation installation and repair, they are gritty, dependable, and self-motivated—someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and refuses to cut corners. What You’ll Do

• Install and repair irrigation systems with precision and attention to detail
• Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not the easy way
• Ensure systems are efficient, functional, and built to last
• Take ownership of your work and maintain high-quality standards
• Play a key role in building and improving our irrigation capabilities

This Job Is For You If:

• You’re experienced in irrigation installation and repair
• You hold an Irrigators license with the TCEQ (having your backflow licensure is a plus)
