We are seeking a communications or policy professional to support our Global Corporate Affairs function across communications and public policy.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious about the intersection of technology, policy, and reputation, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving, high-impact team.

You’ll play a critical role by helping ensure our messaging is consistent, our operations run smoothly, and our team is set up to respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work seamlessly with international teams and utilize a variety of software platforms, including monday.com and Meltwater, to help manage projects, track global media and policy, and supply data to support reports and papers for external as well as internal audiences.

  • Coordinate  day-to-day operations of the Corporate Affairs team, including tracking priorities against the team’s planning, and aligning  cross-functional (Legal, Trust & Safety, Product, Business Units) and regional workflows.

  • Support global media, policy and regulatory monitoring by tracking coverage and flagging relevant developments

  • Track and manage incoming media inquiries; maintain organized logs of press requests and outcomes; monitor and compile coverage; and flag emerging narratives, reputational risks, and timely opportunities

  • Assist with briefing efforts, by drafting internal materials and preparing briefing documents

  • Help manage stakeholder engagement efforts, including maintaining contact lists and supporting outreach logistics.

  • Coordinate materials and logistics for meetings, events, and leadership engagements.

  • Maintain up to date and organized documentation and reporting, ensuring the team has easy access to key information, including the corporate affairs calendar and corporate affairs shared drive.

  • Own and maintain the brand communications calendar, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, visibility, and alignment across announcements, campaigns, and key milestones

  • Manage workflows, approvals, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient execution and alignment across teams and brands

  • Manage logistics when needed for external lobbying and comms firms, consultants, and advisors

  • Assist with tracking  budgets, contracts, and accruals.

  • An undergraduate degree in political science, communications, or other related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to keep things moving and not let balls drop.

  • Clear, concise writing skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly.

  • Interest in technology, public policy, and corporate reputation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset and step in without waiting to be asked.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and global environment.

  • You are a naturally curious person and are interested in making the world a less lonely place.
