We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team on a contract basis. You'll be the engine behind our interview process — keeping schedules tight, candidates informed, and recruiters unblocked. This is a high-volume, high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence and genuinely cares about the people moving through a hiring process.

Responsibilities

→Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week)
→Coordinate candidate travel and logistics where needed
→Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
→Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout their experience
→Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving
→Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements — we want your ideas
→Contribute to team projects that raise the bar on coordination quality and candidate experience

Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience
A candidate-first mindset — you treat every touchpoint as a reflection of our culture
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when juggling a full slate of open roles
Has a strong sense of urgency — understands that slow coordination loses candidates, and acts accordingly
Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach, plus the independence to move forward without constant hand-holding
Process-oriented habits and a genuine interest in making things run better
Composure under pressure — you don't drop details when things get busy
Growth mindset and positive energy

What We Offer

✓Type: Contract

✓Rate: $25–$37.50/hour based on a standard 40-hour week.

✓Location: Remote (US-based)

✓Duration: 6 Months with an option to extend
