We are seeking for a Junior Client Coordination to join our global team responsible with the coordination of activities for Forvis Mazars international clients. The core element of the role will be the effective & efficient support for managing client relationship. This includes monitoring of services delivery towards customers, reporting, preparation of documentation and presentations in support of coordination processes, handling contracting & invoicing processes , administrative tasks (updating databases, project plans, SharePoint etc).

- Responsible and accountable (together with the senior colleagues in the team) for the successful on boarding of international clients (identify requirements & objectives, develop client-reporting standards, support in the implementation of processes within the existent IT platforms);
- Monitor the process of issuing invoices for clients in scope, ensure accuracy of the process against agreed budget, consolidate information from various reports/sources in a cohesive & coherent manner;
- Monitor the service delivery for particular clients, using existent IT platforms;
- Support in organizing Steering Committees between Forvis Mazars & client representatives, create action plans as per agreed discussion and monitor them for closure;
- Support the contract management activities between Forvis Mazars offices & new/existing customers
- Raise awareness of potential risk areas/escalations, address mitigations;
- Document issues and resolutions as applicable;
- Work within other colleagues/actors for standardizing & optimizing the activity within the department;
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment;
- Advanced ability to analyze, prioritize and execute tasks;
- Capacity to work with multiple tasks in parallel, handling different engagements, always ensuring high level of quality and the customer orientation;
- Advanced level of English, French is a plus;
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written;
- Structured approach tailored to the audience;
- Team player that shows flexibility and perseverance in managing good working relationship with colleagues and other stakeholders;
- Customer orientation, detail focused and problem solving attitude;
- Professional maturity - self starter, autonomy, resilience and can-do mindset';
- Experience of working in a virtual, international environment;
