We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Financial Advisory – Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Hong Kong.

As a member of our Restructuring and Insolvency practice, you will be involved in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency assignments, including corporate restructuring and reorganisation, liquidation, bankruptcy, receivership, and forensic accounting and litigation support.

This role provides hands-on experience in restructuring and insolvency proceedings matters across different industries and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

At least 5 years of relevant experience for Manager. Candidate with less experience may be considered for more junior positions
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, economics, finance or business-related subjects. We may also consider candidates graduated from other bachelor’s degrees as appropriate
Positive team player with strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
