As a Speech Language Pathologist at MedCare, you’ll have the opportunity to transform the lives of children and their families. By addressing critical needs in speech, language, feeding, and swallowing, you play a vital role in helping children overcome challenges and develop essential skills. Collaboration and continuous growth are central to our approach, and you’ll work alongside a team of professionals equally committed to making a difference.
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date
  • 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
  • Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
  • Flexible Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles, with shifts available on weekdays, afterschool, and/or Saturdays
