Facilities Maintenance Technician / Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Technician / Shuttle Driver to join our team. This position combines general building maintenance with transporting employees between company locations using a passenger shuttle van. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and providing excellent service, we'd like to hear from you.

• Perform routine building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general handyman repairs.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs within established guidelines.
• Repair doors, locks, fixtures, ceiling tiles, flooring, and trim.
• Assist with HVAC preventative maintenance, including filter changes and inspections.
• Maintain the grounds, parking areas, and exterior appearance of the property.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Assist with facility improvement projects, furniture moves, and other operational needs.
