We’re Mediahub, the industry’s best-kept secret. This year we got our first Campaign School Report, coming in at number one for building the most ethnically diverse team in the industry.  COMvergence rank us as the UK's fastest-growing media agency for the second year running.

We bring a challenger mindset to everything we do.  Brands choose to work with us to disrupt category norms.

We offer the best of both worlds.  A start-up culture backed by Mediabrands.

Just some of the brands we work with – New Balance, Pinterest, Celebrity Cruises.

A Business Director at Mediahub is responsible for; leading the team, driving the day-to-day operations alongside owning and evolving how we work across all our disciplines to deliver on the client SOW. Critical in this role is overseeing client relationships, providing a challenger client experience, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a high-performing team to deliver media strategies and campaigns that push beyond the limits, embracing our challenger mindset all while driving revenue growth.

Client overview:

New Balance is a brand with real momentum, operating at the intersection of sport, fashion and culture in a way few others can. Its growth has been driven not just by performance credibility, but by a sharp instinct for how product, storytelling and partnerships show up in people’s lives—from elite sport to street style to wider cultural conversation. As Media AOR, we lead integrated strategy, brand planning and activation across Europe, orchestrating a complex regional ecosystem to ensure the brand lands with both consistency and local relevance. A Business Director leading operations on this account would need to combine rigour and pace: connecting teams, markets and disciplines to help New Balance continue to scale with impact.
