Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Officer to join our Corporate Services team. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional client service standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting the efficient delivery of corporate banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, supporting client retention and contributing to the Bank’s market growth
- Ensure that all internal control procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently adhered to
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests
- Process and manage a range of administrative tasks, including:

- E-banking queries and support
- Account opening and onboarding documentation
- Cheque processing and deposits
- Collection and verification of supporting documentation
- File reviews and record maintenance

- Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Assist in process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager – Corporate Service
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of A-level standard of education and/or at least 3 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of corporate banking operations and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Preferred Skills (Considered an Asset)
- Previous experience within a corporate banking or corporate services environment
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. KYC, AML)
- Client relationship management experience
