Sr Pricing Strategy Analyst

• →Build executive-ready analytics that explain commercial performance drivers across price, volume, mix, margin, and growth
• →Able to provide insights with action plans to influence commercial decisions
• →Drive initiatives with EA-IHS team, levering work of broader Pricing & Contracting organization
• →Support pricing governance through standardized definitions, validated insights, and fact-based recommendations
• →Strengthen strategic deal review with scenario analysis, contract visibility, margin context, and escalation-ready decision packs
• →Identify enterprise contracting opportunities through tender renewals, contract repository signals, multi-line potential, and account-level opportunity views
• →Partnering with country pricing, finance, operating units, and marketing teams to validate insights and drive adoption
• →Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy
• →Provides input on final pricing contracts.

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business, Finance or Accounting background (6 to 8 years preferred), pricing experience a strong advantage
• Experience from large, multinational organizations (preferred)
• Key capabilities include insights interpretation and influence, going beyond analytical skills alone
• Partnering on strategy development
• Able to perform work independently, proactive approach with solutions.
