At Megaport, we don’t just do networks and compute - we change what’s possible in those industries. Our automated infrastructure powers businesses all over the globe, and we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Project Coordinator with a knack for translating tasks into clear outcomes.

This is a critical execution role. You will be the operational anchor for major marketing projects; connecting the dots, facilitating communication within the team and building structure in a fast-moving environment, helping ensure projects are delivered on time. You’ll bring clarity, discipline, and follow-through to the marketing program.

This is a role for someone who loves building, moving fast and adapting to new ideas regularly. Someone who sees problems early, jumps in, and keeps everyone pointed in the same direction. Manage marketing projects tied to strategic priorities, product launches, and campaigns.

Turn ideas into clear execution plans with milestones, timelines, owners, and dependencies.

Use Jira and dashboards to track progress, action items, decisions, and reporting.

Maintain a centralized view of program status, risks, and next steps.

Improve project management practices to increase clarity, accountability, and follow-through.

Identify risks early, escalate when needed, and remove blockers across stakeholders.

Lead weekly syncs, initiative reviews, and executive updates for senior stakeholders.

Coordinate marketing launches and campaign execution, including timelines, briefs, deliverables, and readiness checkpoints.

Support Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms, and Field teams in execution planning.

Ensure deliverables and communication plans are aligned, complete, and ready for launch.

Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to align timelines and dependencies.

Maintain visibility across connected initiatives and ensure marketing priorities support broader company objectives.

Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. You’re organised, steady under pressure, and motivated by delivering great work.

A strong communicator who brings solutions, not just problems.

You bring structure to environments that are growing and changing quickly.

You speak up when something’s unclear and bring forward solutions without waiting to be asked.

You take pride in your follow-through and care about the details.

You enjoy building new programs and thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on program management.

Confident using Jira for project tracking, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Program management or operations experience supporting cross-functional teams.

A bias toward action and a genuine care for quality and outcomes.

Experience coordinating programs in a high-growth or transformation environment is a plus.
