We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic IT team. This role reports directly to the Senior IT Infrastructure Manager and is responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring system reliability, and managing a team of IT professionals.

Oversee and manage IT operations, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Provide team guidance towards the administration of networking systems, Linux servers, and Microsoft-based environments.

Ensure proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT-related issues.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and technology initiatives.
- →
Handle incident and problem management, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution.

Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage IT-related conflicts, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues amicably within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- →
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong technical expertise in networking (Cisco), Linux administration (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure).

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.

Ability to manage conflict effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
