• →Proven track record of success in a similar account executive or sales role
• →Strong understanding of the fashion and accessories market with a keen eye for trends
• →Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• →Ability to travel for vendor meetings, trade shows, and events, including overnight and on weekends, as needed
• →Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
• →Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• →Analytical prowess, easily able to structure and digest data to identify areas of opportunity and risk
• →Ability to multitask, juggle numerous projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality 
• →Strong adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness, and solution oriented
• →Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions 
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• →Basic understanding of retail math
• →Capable of creating models in Excel and analyzing data and KPIs
• →Experience working in Netsuite // Shopify // NuOrder

The base salary range for this full-time position is $106k -$140k. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.

We work in our office Monday - Thursday. Friday is a remote/work-from-home day.
