We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our global performance marketing function across FX, CFD, and Crypto products.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing ROI, managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and building a high-performing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, hands-on execution capability, and strong leadership skills within a fast-paced financial trading environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global performance marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team.

  • Own the performance marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI across all paid channels.

  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Native, and Affiliate channels.

  • Manage large-scale acquisition budgets with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS optimization.

  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

  • Identify and expand into new acquisition channels and emerging markets.

  • Implement advanced tracking frameworks, attribution models, and performance dashboards.

  • Monitor key KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage analytics, segmentation, and predictive modeling.

  • Ensure compliance with financial marketing regulations across jurisdictions.

  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to increase lead-to-client conversion.

  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve performance metrics.

  • Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance user experience and onboarding flows.

  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Compliance, Product, and Regional teams.

  • Align performance campaigns with regional growth strategies and product launches.

  • Ensure brand consistency while maintaining performance-driven messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Mandatory experience within Forex, CFD, Crypto, or online trading platforms.

  • Proven experience managing high-budget, multi-region digital campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.

  • Advanced knowledge of tracking tools (GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and data analytics.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Proven track record of driving scalable growth and exceeding acquisition targets.

  • Strong budget management and forecasting capabilities.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

  • Experience building and leading cross-functional marketing teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

  • Highly analytical, performance-driven, and ROI-focused.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international, and regulated environment.
