MG Properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall appeal at our community, Texcoco in San Diego, CA!. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

→Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, resident amenities, laundry facilities, and waste disposal areas.
→Clean and sanitize the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily.
→Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
→Ensure vacant apartments remain fresh, clean, and move-in ready.
→Maintain community cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
→Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management of supply needs.
→Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
→Perform additional duties as assigned.
