As a Staff Consultant, you are coming into the role with 1-3 years of end to end implementation experience in a consulting capacity. You will be able to work with the client from beginning to end, inducing discovery all the way to post to-live user testing and training. This role is the first step to prove yourself as a trusted team member and someone who is not afraid to offer solutioning ideas and unique system uses. You also will work alongside a Mentor who will get you to where you need to go as you work your way up through the delivery team.
- Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
- Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery
- Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements
- Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
- Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications
- This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
- 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with involvement in 3-5 end-to-end engagements
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
- Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications
- SuiteFoundations Certified and actively working toward ERP NetSuite Certification
- Continuous improvement as you train to be a subject matter expert with NetSuite while working alongside peers and have significant exposure to consultants senior to you
- Ability to lead certain components to projects while having multiple avenues of support along the way from day-to-day perspective and escalation needs

Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
