Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. •Location: F10N 1 North Coast Drive •Department: ​F10 Manufacturing Production Scheduling Innovation and Automation •Project Title: Automation System Development for Manufacturing Production Line •Project Description: –This project will focus on developing and maintaining automation systems for the manufacturing production line using Python and RPA tools such as UiPath. The intern will explore system integration approaches via Application Programming Interfaces, analyse workflows, and evaluate opportunities to enhance efficiency through data-driven automation solutions. •Project Scope: –Develop Python-based scripts for data processing and workflow analysis –Design and simulate robotic process automation workflows using UiPath –Explore integration approaches between systems through APIs –Analyse automation performance trends and identify improvement opportunities –Work with engineering and operations teams to understand production workflows •Learning Opportunities –The intern will gain hands-on experience in data engineering, workflow automation, API integration, and RPA implementation, along with exposure to real manufacturing operations and structured problem-solving in a production environment. •Deliverable: –Prototype Python scripts for automation use cases –Conceptual or pilot robotic process automation workflows –Documentation outlining workflow logic, system interactions, and observations –Summary of findings and proposed improvement opportunities •Skillset Require: Basic knowledge of Python, understanding of data processing, familiarity with automation or RPA concepts, strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. •Course of interests: Computer Science, Data Science and Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with automation focus, or Information Systems. •Duration Period: min 6 months from Jul to November 2026 About Micron Technology, Inc.
