Location: 1 North Coast Drive, Singapore 757432 Description of project: Evaluate Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) Vigus tool electrostatic chuck (ESC) hardware life extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour for productivity improvement and cost reduction. Scope: As an intern, this internship programme will provide you the opportunity to * To learn on enabling process hardware lifetime extension of the electrostatic chuck to improve productivity and reduce cost under the mentorship of a senior engineer * Given the chance to have hands on experience of the Dry Etch TEL Vigus tools through on-the-job trainings * Understand the Dry Etch process and its deviation troubleshooting * Learn to propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline * Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians including process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment. Deliverables: * Understanding of Dry Etch Process and TEL Vigus tool overview. * ESC lifetime extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour Course preferred: * Chemical / Mechanical / Materials / Electrical & any engineering related courses Internship Period / Duration: * Summer (May to Aug 2026) // Min 3 months About Micron Technology, Inc.
