Drive process integration problem solving
Analyze and resolve cross-process integration issues impacting yield, reliability, and manufacturing stability, applying structured and data-driven methodologies.
Contribute to process window and baseline management
Support definition, monitoring, and optimization of process windows and integration baselines to ensure consistency across process steps.
Execute integration evaluations for process, equipment, and materials
Plan and conduct experiments and evaluations for process, tool, or material changes, including data analysis and result interpretation to support implementation decisions.
Support yield improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Contribute to yield improvement and cost reduction activities through data analysis, execution of improvement actions, and tracking of results.
Participate in process qualification and validation
Support qualification, validation, and release of process changes or new baselines, ensuring proper documentation and data integrity.
Apply process control and data analysis methods
Utilize process control techniques (e.g., SPC, FDC, APC) and data analytics tools to monitor process performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work closely with module, equipment, yield, and product teams to ensure alignment on integration requirements and execution priorities.
Support knowledge sharing and documentation
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, traceability, and effective knowledge transfer.
Participate in technical reviews and governance processes
Contribute to reviews, audits, and technical discussions, building understanding of engineering decision-making and governance expectations.
Support and contribute to HBM Global Change Process (GCP) governance
Participate in GCP activities from a PI perspective, including change review, documentation, and alignment of GCP classifications. Contribute to maintaining disciplined change control and engineering accountability.
