Global Quality Operations Central Planning (GQCP) is gearing up systems to support future product technology to ensure smooth operation and planning. As a System Engineer technicians in GQCP Team, you will be responsible to own and manage configuration and documentation for Manufacturing Asset Management (MAM) for Global Quality operations. You will also be the key person to enable system transition from MAM to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and to influence its corresponding business processes. And to finally help to maintain the MES setup. We look forward having engaged, fruitful and meaningful journey together! Responsibilities: * Independently manage MAM system configuration for Lab Operation * Configure and maintain MAM process flows and disposition/business rules for the Taiwan operations for all product families and product types. * Understand engineering and operations needs and business processes and translate those processes into MAM flows using the MAM Document Editor tool. * Coordinate efforts with counterparts in other locations to ensure global alignment of flows and business logic. Respond to support calls related to MAM tracking issues. * Serve as a global attribute requestor, and implementer for Global Quality Serve in business process ownership capacity when called upon. * Support system transition from MAM to MES * Represent GQ Ops MAM team to ensure the necessary system setup are called out, planned, and implemented accordingly for smooth system transition. * Influence corresponding business process for MES that is best to support GQ and its operations. * Configure the MES system configurations for Lab Operations Requirements: * Effective written and spoken English. * Diploma in System engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent experience. * Basic knowledge of programming language * Strong critical and analytical thinking skill. * Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously. * Able to work in several areas of a project development life cycle. * Great teammate, preferably with experience working on projects with global collaborators. * High adaptability and flexibility to deal with variety of problems in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. * Proven leadership skills: * Able to collaborate in various cultures to drive projects forward and to completion. * Able to articulate problem statement and address root cause. * Able to apply creativity and innovation into solutioning as needed. * Self-motivated, strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Very high attention to detail and data accuracy and quality. * Willing to work in shift when needed. * ### Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance business processes, including developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operating as a culture vanguard towards infusing AI into everyday work.
