Distribution (FC) Manager

Milan Laser Hair Removal is a growing organization, and our Distribution team plays an important role in supporting that growth. We’re looking for a Distribution (FC) Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our distribution operations.

In this role, you’ll ensure products are received and delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time while partnering across the organization to maintain inventory accuracy, streamline processes, and support organizational objectives.

• →Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute distribution strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• →Manage Distribution Operations: Direct daily distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipments while maintaining inventory integrity.
• →Collaborate Across Teams: Work with expansion, procurement, and customer service teams to align distribution efforts with organizational goals.
• →Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all safety and regulatory requirements, providing training and resources to meet compliance standards.
• →Analyze Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor distribution KPIs and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• →Process Improvements: Identify and execute opportunities to streamline workflows, leveraging technology and best practices.
• →Budget Management: Develop and manage distribution budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting performance standards.
• →Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage team members, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• →Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience combined (one year of experience equals one year of education).
• Five years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Two years of experience leading a distribution or supply chain team.
• Experience managing an operating budget.
• Knowledge of distribution and logistics processes, including inventory management and supply chain principles.
• Ability to build and monitor operational metrics and use the results to improve accuracy, cost, and service levels.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.
• Ability to lead, develop, and manage the performance of team members.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other distribution software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).

You’ll have ownership across day-to-day operations, strategy, team leadership, process improvement, KPIs, and budget management while working closely with teams across the business.

This is an active, hands-on distribution environment. The position requires continuous lifting, pushing/pulling, and carrying of 20–50 lbs, along with frequent standing and walking. The role also involves continuous bending, reaching, squatting/kneeling/crawling, and grasping.
