5–8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
Experience supporting the establishment and ongoing management of Works Councils, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, facilitating effective communication with employee representatives, and advising leadership on related governance and consultation processes.
Experience working within a multinational or global organization
Professional HR certification is a plus
Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed (less than 20%)
Experience leveraging AI enabled HR Systems and tools to enhance efficiency, reporting and decision-making.
