MiQ is looking for a LATAM Sales Enablement & Business Development Lead / Director to drive local go-to-market execution across our product portfolio, accelerate commercial adoption, and expand the strength of our market offering through strategic partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will help mobilise MiQ’s product capabilities in market, build and grow local data and inventory partnerships, and shape differentiated commercial approaches by client segment. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys turning product capability into revenue impact, enabling sales teams to succeed, and building scalable growth plans across a dynamic regional market.

Own and drive the local go-to-market strategy for MiQ’s core product portfolio, ensuring strong market positioning, clear commercial narratives, and consistent execution across LATAM.

Partner closely with Regional Product Directors and local commercial leadership to translate global product priorities into practical local sales plans, prospecting strategies, and client activation opportunities.

Enable the sales team through training, coaching, and high-quality support materials that build product mastery, strengthen storytelling, and improve confidence in market.

Identify, activate, and grow local data and inventory partnerships that expand MiQ’s commercial relevance and strengthen our ability to deliver differentiated solutions to clients.

Develop and execute tailored commercial strategies across key client segments, including Indies, Holdcos, and Direct Clients, aligning product opportunities to each segment’s needs and growth potential.

Support account and opportunity development by identifying product-led growth opportunities and helping shape pitch strategies, activation plans, and commercial approaches for priority accounts.

Track and manage key commercial performance measures, including revenue contribution, product adoption, pipeline generation, and conversion, using those insights to refine local execution.

Act as a strategic bridge across local and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business priorities, partner opportunities, and product adoption goals.

Strengthen governance and operational discipline around product adoption and partner execution, ensuring local activity aligns with MiQ standards, processes, and partner requirements.

5+ years of relevant experience in AdTech, digital advertising, media, commercial strategy, partnerships, or a related business development role.

Strong knowledge of programmatic buying, data-driven marketing, and the commercial application of digital media products and solutions.

Demonstrated experience building go-to-market plans, enabling sales teams, and supporting revenue growth through product adoption and strategic partnerships.

The ability to translate complex or technical product concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable commercial narratives.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across local, regional, and global teams.

A proven track record of managing multiple priorities and moving seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Analytical thinking, project management capability, and a strong focus on commercial outcomes.

English is mandatory for regional collaboration.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is R$26.000 This range may vary for the position in the countries as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
